Pertaining to Testimonials

After becoming a student-athlete, an individual shall not be eligible for participation in intercollegiate athletics if the individual accepts any remuneration for or permits the use of his or her name or picture to advertise, recommend or promote directly the sale or use of a commercial product or service of any kind.

Once a student athlete has committed to an NCAA institution, he/she is not allowed to directly endorse FirstPoint USA. Having assisted so many student athletes in the recruiting process, many families choose to share their stories for others to learn from. That's why, to protect student athlete's eligibility and remain compliant with the NCAA, any feedback we get from college coaches and athletes committed to an NCAA institution has the name and pictures removed.
